DirectTrainer, Inc. (“DirectTrainer”) owns and runs the website www.directtrainer.com (the “Site”) through which it offers various services and software (the Site, services and software are collectively referred to as the “Services”). DirectTrainer is an online marketplace for physical trainers to link up with clients via the web cam. Decide what, when and where you want to workout as you direct your trainer.
DirectTrainer respects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how DirectTrainer will use the information that you provide to us via the Services. DirectTrainer may amend this Privacy Policy from time-to-time. If DirectTrainer does so, the revised Privacy Policy will be posted on the Site.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
DirectTrainer may ask for and collect from you personally identifiable information during your registration with the Site. Depending on the information and/or services you request, you may be asked to provide your name, email address and other information. DirectTrainer uses the information collected to provide products and services, for identification and authentication, to improve services, to contact users, to provide requested notifications, and for research. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Site and the quality of our service and to provide the products or services you have requested.

Your information is located on secure servers and encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We use transport layer security (TLS) when you sign into the DirectTrainer application.
3. INFORMATION WE DISCLOSE
DirectTrainer may disclose information about you that we receive from you on the Site, such as your name, age, zip code, or any additional information you provide to DirectTrainer. Your information is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you’ve requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
a. If it is necessary to share your information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding suspected or actual illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Use, to comply with subpoenas, or as otherwise required by law; or
b. If we transfer information about you following the acquisition of DirectTrainer by another company or if DirectTrainer merges with another company. In this event, DirectTrainer will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
By using DirectTrainer for communicating with another person via the built-in messaging and video functionality, you consent to the storage of your message content and history on DirectTrainer servers.
4. COOKIES
Cookies are small text files that may be placed on your computer by our servers to identify your computer to our servers. We use cookies to record session information and to customize your user experience. No personally identifiable information stored in the DirectTrainer cookies will be shared with outside companies for any purpose without your permission.
5. CHANGES
DirectTrainer may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the email address on your DirectTrainer account or by placing a prominent notice on our Site.
